BaseEstate.com is a real estate web site powered by Google Base. Google Base is like a MLS system that is totally transparent to load and retrieve listings from and is the same system that is used for Google Maps Real Estate. Google™ is the world leader in indexing and searching web sites with billions of web pages in their index and Google Base currently contains over 4 million Real Estate listings.

How much does it cost?

Getting your listings into Google Base™ to make them more searchable is totally free like all Google's search engines.

How do I get involved?

To get your listings into Google Base™ and by default BaseEstate.com there are various methods. If you already use a Multiple Listing Service to list your properties on Real Estate portals they are probably already set up to allow posting to Google Base™. All you have to do is contact them and ask them to upload. If you don't use a MLS or your MLS doesn't support Google Base™ then you can upload directly using the Google Base™ Data Feed.
